He gave a lengthy interview to the podcast project - the Final Suspects - in the late fall of 2019.  The full trnscript of that interview is very interesting and is in the blue binders - he is interview 21.

"The process of a grand jury is where the prosecutor presents the information.  There is no defense lawyers or personnel there.  It's simply the prosecutor presenting the evidence as they have found it."

"The one thing that, really, I've never forgotten is the testimony from the medical examiner.... from... the University of Wyoming."

"She was hit with something, a blunt object, and she was hit very hard, and if she didn't get medical attention, the brain swells, and that swelling will affect breathing and over the course of 45 minutes, you go from her just being unconscious and breathing rather normally to just breathing and just gasping and it was rather, just thinking about a small child dying that way is very impactful."

"...the time course is something that will never leave me."   ".... if I recall correcty, 45 minutes from the time of the injury..."

"...how they presented it, I got no feeling of bias.  I thought they were being very professional."  "I did not pick up on bias that they were trying to lead us in one direction or another."

(on the gj)   "9:00 until 4:00, I think, with like a break in the morning and a break in the afternoon, and lunch for an hour, so probably something like 5 hours a day, two days a week for (snip) a little more than a year."   "... things moved slower than I would've liked."

Q. - At any point were you informed tht John and Patsy wanted to testify before the grand jury?   A. "I don't recall that they wanted to."

"John Ramsey stated that they had turned on the alarm, and that the police officer that showed up at the scene looked around the house with a fresh dusting of snow on the ground and there were no footprints whatsoever, so that would make one believe that no oe came in or out of the house."  "...someone in the house had something to do with it."


MY COMMENT - - So far, that is just from the first 3 pages of his interview.   That is a ton of misinformation that was fed to the Grand Jurors.   it is one thing that a grand jury only hears one side of the case, but they should not be fed lies by biased persecutors.
