Trip Demuth on palmprints
From the presentation given to LE in May of 1998.


Will you be arguing that the house is a maze & few people knew the way to the basement?  Or will you be arguing that this part of the house is readily accessible to many people?
How might these arguments work against each other?

How do you prove the palm print does not belong to an intruder?
Have you identified the 16 palm prints and 10 fingerprints taken from the baseball bat, the golf club abd the phone directory?
If not, why not?  How do you prove these don't belong to the killer?
