Vanity Fair - - Ann Bardach - jameson245 - 09-02-2020

There was a a story in Vanity Fair by Annie Bardach - they were the first to publish the text of the ransom note. That gave her story credibility - - but it was a story leaked to her by the BORG BPD and included mistakes, half-truths and LIES. Mostly it was biased and BORG.
She described the Ramseys demeanor as "odd". I don't know what is odd about a mother going between hysterical, vomiting and silent in shock when her daughter is missing and a ransom note has threatened her life. I don't know what is odd about a father, a pilot and CEO with a military license, keeping his composure and remaining (mostly) calm. I have been through a few emotional times in my life and don't think any of that was "odd".
Had they planned her funeral before her body was found - - I might find THAT odd. Had they traveled to Charlevoix with Burke and not reported JonBenet missing (shades of Casey Anthony) I would consider THAT odd. But being hysterical or collected - - those are not ODD.

Annie Bardach reported that between 10.30 and noon John Ramsey left the house to pick up the family mail. She got that from Linda Arndt. That was just wrong. The mail was delivered through a slot in the wall of the porch - - the mail was recovered from a basket in the front hall.

John never left the house at all. Linda Arndt was in charge of a number of people and lost track of one - - but by the time Bardach was writing her story, Linda wasn't going to admit she was incompetent, wasn't going to admit she was denied backup when she asked for it. No - - she was going to let the world think John had left the house - - and use their imaginations for a reason why.

Bardach reported that only a small child or a midget could have entered through the basement window. Not true - I have been through that window. So have many others. We have a video of Lou Smit going in through that window. But the story was BORG to the bone and lying about the window was totally acceptable.

Hal Haddon, the senior Ramsey attorney, had never met District Attorney Alex Hunter - - but she had them not only acquaintances but allies.

According to Vanity Fair, the ligatures around JonBenet’s neck and wrists were “very loose” - evidence of staging. A lie - the autopsy photos showed the garrote was deeply embedded in JonBenet's neck. The cord was loose on her wrist - and we don't know why. she reported the story that there were no signs of forced entry, and no footprints in the snow; she reported that JonBenet was a chronic bed wetter an Staging is a theory, but there is no one who knows why they were loose except her killer.

Bardach made JonBenet's visits to her doctor seem excessive - but her pediatrician, Dr. Beuf went public and said there was nothing abnormal about the number of visits. He also told us what they were for - - normal things. AND he made it clear he did not believe she had been neglected, molested or assaulted by her family.

But the Vanity Fair article left a LARGE number of readers believing the parents did this - - that JBR had been a victim of ongoing ex abuse and the parents' actions ended in her death.

Bardach also reported the BORG lie that John Ramsey flew his private jet back to Atlanta for the funeral.

She should have checked her facts better, uncovered the corruption goin on - the BPD BORG bias. Like them, she deserves noting but scorn for the harm she caused this case.

UNSOLVED MYSTERIES
JonBenét Ramsey’s Brother Settles $750 Million Defamation Lawsuit Over CBS Series
Burke Ramsey previously sued CBS and the producers of The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey for insinuating he had a hand in his sister’s death.

A multi-million-dollar lawsuit against CBS has come to a close, as JonBenét Ramsey’s brother Burke Ramsey settled his case for an undisclosed sum. Burke previously sued CBS and producers of The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey for $750 million over the insinuation made in the docuseries that he bludgeoned his six-year-old sister to death in the infamous 1996 crime.

According to the Daily Camera, court records show a Michigan circuit-court judge dismissing the lawsuit this past Wednesday. A representative for producers of The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey also confirm that “the parties have reached an amicable resolution of their differences,” while no attorneys for CBS have offered any official comment on the matter.

JonBenét Ramsey, a child beauty queen, was found dead in her Colorado family home on December 26, 1996, hours after her parents reported her as missing. The case made national headlines for its gruesome nature and suspicious circumstances. The 2017 CBS documentary—meant to coincide with the 20th anniversary of JonBenét’s death—featured forensic pathologists advocating that Burke accidentally killed his sister, despite prosecutors previously clearing the Ramsey family of any involvement.

“The accusation that Burke Ramsey killed his sister was based on a compilation of lies, half-truths, manufactured information, and the intentional omission and avoidance of truthful information about the murder of JonBenét Ramsey,” lawyers for Ramsey stated in a 2016 filing. The documentary suggested that then-nine-year-old Burke bludgeoned his sister to death, and conspired with parents John and Patsy to cover up the crime.

Terms of Burke Ramsey’s settlement are undisclosed, and the case of JonBenét’s death remains unsolved to this day.
