Beck Winderlich posted on Facebook - - -  and I can't respond there because Facebook has bowed down to the BORG bullies and banned me simply because I post things the BORG doesn't want shared...  I broke no rules, registered with my real name and shared my ID but the mass bullying effort won over truth.  Shame on Facebook.

Anyway, this moron who posts all kinds of misinformation is still allowed to post there so I thought I would respond to her here just to tell her how wrong she is.  I am sure she will get the message.

1.  Burke accidentally hit his sister YEARS before when she walked behind him as he was taking a swing at a golf ball.  That was an ACCIDENT, not an ISSUE.

2.  There is NOTHING in the records saying there was any feces found in her room or any room.  There was a stain in a pair of her panties, what some refer to as a "skid mark" from not wiping carefully.  No feces on wall, on toys or candy box.  That is a nasty piece of work posted by a liar - - but Beck is happy to encourage such fodder (food for BORG).

3.  When Patsy was very ill, not expected to survive, someone may have spoken to the kids about Mommy being sick.  But Burke was not in THERAPY as suggested here.

After all these years, no one who went to school with Burke or knew him at school, church, at the park, at his jobs, NO ONE has suggested he was mentally ill.  Haven't even seen where anyone pretending to be a part of his past has come forward with such garbage. 

Beck should be ashamed.  But she won't be because being BORG means never having to say you're sorry.

My response is - - Nope, no, not at all. Frankly, I don't care enough to bother.

I will say many years ago I did have a person harassing me and she was doing it from work, using a business email. I got rather bored with the garbage so forwarded probably a dozen emails right back to her at her place of employment, and included copies to her boss. Never heard from her again - and that suited me just fine. Other than that, no, I have not gone after anyone's personal info, have no interest in who the BORG are. Just nobodies who like being in a lynch mob as far as I can see.

People like Beck can make these false accusations and say they THOUGHT maybe - - but in all these years, there is no evidence I asked anyone for personal information for any nefarious reason. I know who is posting on my forums - they take responsibility for their own posts. I don't research IP addresses or go after anyone. Not my style.

I've always responded that the feces would show up in the investigation of jonbenet room. The walls were checked for DNA and prints after all. Beck blocked me after that.

My response - - go down the list of EVIDENCE in Webbsleuths.org. The crime scene photos are not made up or doctored, the 911 tape is the one the District Attorney sent to me. The interview transcripts are real. The information on different people considered "under the umbrella" is the best I could find that I could share.

Not the same as the BORG lies found on those BORG areas where I am unwelcome to visit and debate or disprove.

Is this a war to prove the BORG (pronounced "lynch mob") wrong? You bet it is? Because when BORG diverts the investigation and ignores the EVIDENCE and hampers a productive investigation, they SHOULD find themselves confronted, challenged and proven to be as nasty as you, Beck, are.

You really seemed to get a kick out of being mentioned here. Enjoy your thread and keep the nonsense coming.

For your followers - - I really have no interesting stalking or harassing BORG in real life. Don't care that much. I will challenge their nonsense on the forums but really don't care to buy any of their manure.

I have hosted forums most of the last 20 years and she can't show evidence that I can or care to cause any harm to my members - - even those who disagree with me.

Those who were here all along know I allowed BORG posters on my old forums and we had NO problems. Anderson and Darnay Hoffman even met me and posted that they LIKED me and found me to be fair. Darnay died and I mourned a friend. Anderson found himself banned and beaten by BORG so took back his positive statements - - emailed me an apology for his weakness and asked forgiveness. I don't know what happened to him over the years but still wish him well. He was weak of character and the BORG eats their own to be sure. Point is, Beck has NO evidence that I stalk, harass or hurt any posters. She accuses me of a lot of things I simply didn't do - not my style to try to get accounts removed, for example. But she talks loud and scares people - - - and claims to do it in the name of justice? How stupid are those who simply believe her!

I think she is just a DG groupie, she clearly doesn't know the evidence and is not interested in it. the forum drama is more important to her.

I am hoping the investigators working on this case NOW will be able to force the BPD to honestly look at their best suspects. This case could still be solved.
