16 home would just underwear be in there or would other
17 items be in there, too.
18 PATSY RAMSEY: Primarily underwear, but
19 she -- often times things would be on the top and fall
20 down in the drawers. But that be unusual for a pen
21 like that to be in an underwear drawer.
22 TOM HANEY: How about other clothing items,
23 would they end up in there or would they be there?
24 PATSY RAMSEY: Well, yeah, you know, those
25 two or three drawers would be underwear, pajamas, you

23 floor, but I don't remember exactly.

10 will, in the course of the day or the night, as opposed
11 to just bed wetting?
12 PATSY RAMSEY: Not usually, no, huh-uh. That
13 would probably be more from just not wiping real well.
14 TOM HANEY: Okay. Do you know how long those
15 would have been in that position in 378 on the floor in
16 there?
17 PATSY RAMSEY: It depends when she wore them
18 last.
19 TOM HANEY: Again, do you recall?
20 PATSY RAMSEY: I don't remember.
21 TOM HANEY: On Christmas day were you in that
22 bathroom at all?
23 PATSY RAMSEY: Very likely, but I can't say
24 for sure.

19 on or thrown them down there or changed in some way;

22 that. No, because I put those -- she was zonked out
23 asleep, so I put her to bed. And she had those, she
24 had worn the black velvet ones to Priscilla's.

3 gotten the dress to go to Priscilla's and then left

This is a photo of JonBenet's bathroom and you can see a pair of her pants on the floor, inside out as a child sometimes does.  When she peeled them off, she also took off the panties that she had worn during the day - she put on the new panties when getting dressed up to go to the Whites'.    The panties just out of sight in this photo had "skid marks" on them - - the only recorded mention of feces in this case other than a possibility of feces found in the basement toilet (and I can't verify THAT as I have not seen that in any verified report.)

If there were any feces on walls or anywhere else I would think they would test it to this to see if she had done it herself. No mention of it leads to that not being the case to me.

I believe it was a BORG who first started the garbage about Burke smearing feces on a wall when he was still a baby in his crib. I think many parents have had to face that cleaning chore as babies DO fill their diapers and every so often a diaper IS removed and the mess spread. Whatever, doesn't indicate a criminal or troubled mind or fortell the future of a killer.

That person spread it on the BORG forums and passed it on to the tabloids after an unsatisfactory session with Lin Wood, as I remember. I honestly can't remember those details but doesn't matter, the feces subject was brought into the discussion and when Kolar started with his crap (pun intended) it was like an old cinder burst into flames and the BORG ran with it EVEN THOUGH THE EVIDENCE AND DOCUMENTATION DOES NOT SUPPORT THE GOSSIP!

I really wish the Ramseys would not settle on the CBS lawsuit without a full disclosure of the lies and misrepresentations. To do so would mean new students of the case would still find the gossip, the lies, in BORG forums and NOT see the evidence to the contrary.
