Poughkeepsie Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

A Dutchess County man has been arrested for possessing and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
On November 4, 2013, State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Daniel Gugliuzza, 25 years old, of Poughkeepsie, for Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child and Promotion the Sexual Performance of a Child, both felonies.
Gugliuzza was arraigned in the Town of Poughkeepsie Court before Justice Banner and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5000 bail. He is due to return to court on November 10, 2013.
