Jonbenet was in the basement, in the wine cellar room with brother Burke on the night she died.
Whatever transgressed inside of that room, was done and caused by Burke. The Ramsey's covered it up. But they made one small mistake.
John stated he saw Burke playing with his new Garage Set. There's only one problem. Burke didn't get a Garage Set for Christmas.

My response - - 
Undisputed evidence?  In what world?  Not in the Ramsey case discussion where people get their facts from the evidence!  Oh yeah, in the BORG world, any BORG begun bull need only be repeated three times to become Undisputed Evidence. 

There is clear evidence JonBenet was in the basement on the night she was murdered and left there.  There is absolutely NO evidence Burke was there with her.  There IS evidence of an unidentified male who left his DNA behind, mixed with his victim's blood in her panties.

There is no reason to believe the Ramseys covered up for anyone - or would even consider doing that.  John was asked once if he would cover for his wife and said NO.  Not if she killed my daughter.  (No quote, but the question and answer are there.)

Finally, how the heck can Chad state as a fact that any 9m year old boy did not receive a garage set as a Christmas gift 20 years ago?  There was never an itemized list of the gifts ever mentioned that I am aware of.  So Chad, how about doing more than posting theory and presenting your thoughts as undisputed evidence.  Your credibility is very low for anyone who has read the case documents.

INAUDIBLE VOICES - OH YEAH, THAT IS PERFECT EVIDENCE

Let’s back up to early December, 1996 when Patsy Ramsey took a trip to New York.
FAO Schwartz was where Patsy done the bulk of the Christmas shopping that year; the gifts bought and paid for with free gift wrapping where they would be delivered to the Ramsey home in Boulder, Colorado at a later date just in time for Christmas.
Now, Patsy admits that she wrapped some of the other gifts without the FAO Schwartz paper in the laundry room, but ultimately, would hide the presents in the wine cellar room.
Not just Burke and JonBenet’s presents but other family members out of State.
Specifically, it’s stated by Patsy that she would hide them in the wine cellar room before going on a trip.
Now, as well, it’s also stated on Christmas Day, John Ramsey brought several wrapped gifts to Mr. Archuletta to load onto the plane a day early to save time; whereas, the Ramsey luggage would be brought the next day on the 26th when arriving for their 7:00AM departure…
So, let’s paint the scene for this Christmas Day 1996 after JonBent comes in from riding her new bike.

A BIT OFF, BUT CLOSE ENOUGH THAT I WON'T PICK AT THE DETAILS

It’s a fact that:
John Ramsey is in the wine cellar room getting out the hidden gifts to bring to Mr. Archuletta; while, Patsy at this time on Christmas Day was in John Andrews bedroom in the basement laying out and folding new wardrobe attire bought for him for Christmas.

JOHN NEVER SPOKE ABOUT GETTING THE GIFTS FROM THE BASEMENT FOR THE TRIP. PATSY COULD HAVE SORTED THEM AND CARRIED THEM UP TO THE GARAGE.
JOHN ANDREW'S ROOM WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THERE WAS NO BEDROOM IN THE BASEMENT. NO ONE EVER SAID SHE BOUGHT CLOTHING FOR HIM FOR CHRISTMAS. AND WHY FOCUS ON JAR - WHAT ABOUT THE GIFTS FOR MELINDA AND STUART?
SLEUTHERS BELIEVING THIS IS THE ULTIMATE TRUTH DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS CASE.

Wardrobes that would be placed in the John Andrews suitcase later found by the so called “intruder” window…

THE SUITCASE CONTAINED AN OLD BED COVERING AND A DR.SEUSS BOOK, NOT A NEW WARDROBE.

So, we have both John and Patsy Ramsey downstairs that Christmas organizing last minute details just before leaving their home to go to the White’s Christmas Party.

CHRISTMAS MORNING WAS BUSY OPENING GIFTS AND MAKING A HOLIDAY BREAKFAST THEN PLAYING WITH TOYS BEFORE THE NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS CAME KNOCKING. JOHN WENT TO THE AIRPORT AND FOR PART OF THAT TIME PATSY WAS PACKING ON THE SECOND FLOOR. SHE DYED HER HAIR AND I ADMIT I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE DID THAT BUT WITH THE KIDS RUNNING AROUND ON THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR I WOULD GUESS SHE MAY HAVE STAYED IN THE BASEMENT FOR THAT. BUT SOME BORG CLEARLY NEED TO PUT BOTH PARENTS IN THAT BASEMENT. I AM NOT SURE WHY. GUESS I AM ABOUT TO FIGURE OUT WHY.

Well, we all know, Where there are parents, anxious kids will follow.
So, JonBenet at some point was downstairs among her mommy and daddy in that basement begging to go back out and ride her new bike.

THIS IS JUST SILLY. IF JOHN WENT DOWN TO GET PACKAGES OUT OF HIDING, HE DID JUST THAT - CARRIED THEM UP TO THE CAR AND THEN TO THE AIRPORT. WE HAVE ALL SEEN PHOTOS OF THE CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT. NO WAY ANY ADULT JUST CHOOSES TO HANG OUT IN THAT MESS. THIS IS CLEARLY HIS THEORY AND NOT SUPPORTED BY THE INTERVIEWS OR COMMON SENSE. THE BASEMENT WAS A STORAGE AREA, NOT ORGANIZED OR NEAT, NOT SOMEPLACE THE RAMSEYS WERE HANGING OUT.

And it’s mentioned JonBenet was down there with them.

But keep this in mind…
If, John was in a hurry to grab these presents, to carry off to Mr. Archuletta to be loaded then guess what?
That wine cellar was open and John Ramsey was more than likely seen by JonBenet in this area where she notices some presents being left behind.
But, the presents being left behind unaware to her were for Burke’s Birthday, coming up in January.
Even though they are Birthday presents they were delivered from New York in the FAO Shwartz wrapping paper so they have Burke’s name on them..but,
You see, to little JonBenet, all she is thinking is it’s Christmas. She’s been very excitedly handing out gifts in the very exact FAO Shwartz wrapping paper all morning long to members of her family–not knowing these that her daddy is leaving behind are for Burke’s Birthday, not Christmas.
So, JonBenet, noting the package’s location upon being turned down the umpteenth time from riding her bike, is ushered out of the wine cellar room by John as he locks the wine cellar door up and they all are hustled upstairs where they load up for the White’s Christmas Party.
But, those presents left behind in the wine cellar room, are on JonBenet’s mind to secretly tell Burke.
Christmas Day 1996, is the best day little JonBenet has ever had in her six short years of life.

THEORY NOT SUPPORTED BY ANY DOCUMENTS, INTERVIEWS OR COMMON SENSE. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED, WHY WOULD THE RAMSEYS FEEL ANY NEED TO LIE ABOUT HER SEEING THE EXTRA GIFTS AND POSSIBLY WANTING TO SNEAK TO GET THEM? THERE IS NO HISTORY OF THE KIDS SNEAKING AROUND LIKE THAT.

Little, did she ever know—was,
That a Christmas Secret she told Burke at the White’s Christmas Party would make this the last Holiday ever spent on Earth with her family.

SO THE THEORY IS SHE TOLD BURKE ABOUT EXTRA GIFTS AT THE PARTY? WHERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF THAT? IF FLEET JR. OR DAPHNE HEARD ABOUT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING AFTER, WOULDN'T YOU THINK? NOTHING LIKE THAT IN FLEET'S DEPOSITION, I WILL TELL YOU THAT MUCH.

Burke lays awake waiting for his parents to fall asleep.
After all goes quiet, grabbing a flashlight Burke wakes his sister and they go downstairs to the kitchen.

HER FAMILY SAID SHE WAS EXHAUSTED AND WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY IF HER SLEEP WAS DISTURBED BUT IN THE BORG THEORIES NONE OF THAT HOLDS ANY MERIT. GUESS IN HIS EDITED BOOK BURKE WILL USE A STUN GUN ON HER SO HE COULD MOVE HER TO THE BASEMENT MORE QUIETLY.

A bowl of fruit, for his sister will get her to talk.

SHE NEEDED A BRIBE? SHE COULD HAVE GOTTEN HERESELF A SNACK IF HUNGRY BUT NO MATTER WHAT, NO FOOD WENT FROM HER MOUTH STRIGHT TO HER INTESTINES BETWEEN BEDTIME AND HER DEATH. STILL THIS IS A BORG THEORY SO THE PROCESS OF DIGESTION NEED NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.

Besides, it’s Christmas and he can offer it as a Holiday snack with a glass of Sweet Tea in exchange for JonBenet telling him where she seen more presents at for him.

1 - NO SWEET TEA IN REFRIGERATOR AND IF IT WAS THE TEA BAG WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCAREDED BEFORE THAT SERVING.
2. BURKE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE STOVE, HIS MOTHER OR OTHERS DID THAT FOR HIM. BURKE DID NOT MAKE TEA AND SUN TEA TAKES A LOT LONGER THAN THIS THEORY ALLOWS.
3. WHY ARE HER PRINTS NOT ON THE BOWL OR GLASS?
4, IF SHE WAS SO EXCITED AND GIVING CLUES, SHE NEEDED NO BRIBE. THIS KID WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT UP TO HER BROTHER IN A HEARTBEAT WITH NO BRIBE. REVIEW THE CHARACTER OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS, PLEASE.

You have a 7,000 sq. Ft. home, nearly.
A six year old isn’t going to that basement alone—unless, she has her older brother with her.
Add that, to the season of giving but in a game of “Hot or Cold” between brother and sister and the sister is tugging at Burke to follow her to the basement.
To get into the wine cellar room, the suitcase is stood on to unlatch the makeshift lock at the top of the cellar door.

THE SUITCASE WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE DOOR TO THE WINDOWLESS ROOM AND WITH THE STATE THAT BASEMENT WAS IN, THE CLUTTER, THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE WOULD HAVE USED THAT AS A STEP TO THE LATCH. REWRITE THE THEORY USING THE CHAIR AND YOU WILL HAVE EVEN MORE SLEUTHERS BELIEVING THIS IS GREAT AND IN LINE WITH THE REAL EVIDENCE.
