Roscoe Clark wrote - the 118 volts look to the coroner as past sexual child abuse, red, swelling and ark scaring that look like old damage, but was not. Bondage, 118 volts of electricity was used to shock her back to consciousness after each cycle of choking, many cord marks was found on Jonbenet's neck

The 118 volts extension power cord hung down low from the ceiling at the same location that JonBenet lost controll and pee all over everything. See crime scene photos. The carpet was taken into evidence

Roscoe Clark Laurie B Simpson putting a cut off end of a power cord inside JonBenet's body gave the maximum shock. A tip of a broken paint stick was first used to make a very small pathway for the extension power cord. The small tip of the paint stick was the same small size of the cut off end of the extension cord. No fingers was used. This was not a sex crime, it was part of bondage, they must keep her alive to collect the ransom money.

The two nylon cords was use in bondage

They choke her intill she lost consciousness and then use electricity to shock her back.

Many time that long night.

Roscoe Clark The pee stains was only on JonBenet's front side, the pee ran up to her belt line. Because pee does not run uphill, Jonbebet was in a bondage position held this was by two nylon cords. On her knees with her head push to the floor. She pee each time that she was shock. She was found completely empty of any urine by the coroner .

The view of the money exchange from in front of the Ramsey's house.
Jonbenet would be told to ride her new bike up the street towards her dad that would be at the ransom money drop off location at the top of the hill near the three pine trees.
The ranson money exchange would be planned at 12 noon like in the movies.
Jonbenet was never to be taken from the house. She was going to "deliver" her self towards the money exchange location. John would see her and give the ransom money place inside a brown paper bag to the transport person out on the trails. He would then hike back down the hill to "pick-up" Jonbenet.
From the top of the hill back to the Ramsey's house, it would take 20 minutes to walk.

Roscoe Clark claims to be CSI expert with M-Vac and lab.  I don't believe it.

His theory is that this was a group venture and Glen Meyer was the mastermind - he has been selling that to the tabs.  Unbelievable.

The inventer of the M-Vac, is on facebook and I reached out to him.  He said he doesn't know him and doesn't work with him.    I told him what Roscoe was posting and he wrote back

"Wow.  Yeah, we’ve had some interactions with him before.  He essentially claims that if he can get ahold of certain evidence and use the M-Vac he will absolutely solve the case.  Incredible claim at best, delusional at worst.  But no, we don’t work with him.  Thanks for letting me know."
and
"He doesn’t own one and no plans to ever sell him one.  He has to be missing some screws."

Then he posted on HIS site - - M-Vac systems -   We’ve received word that some people are claiming they own an M-Vac system and are in the process of using it to solve the JonBenet Ramsey case.  If you see or hear such a claim please know it is not true and any such claim may be legally pursued if it does not cease.
